This property is on a septic system, as is pretty much every other property in our area. This means that there are *strict rules* regarding what can be put down any drain or toilet. Absolutely *no food solids or fats* can go down our drains, nor can anything else other than toilet paper and human waste. Also, please be mindful of letting the water run excessively without reason. Excess water is *the enemy* of any septic system. ABSOLUTELY NO-- - FLUSHABLE WIPES OR MAKEUP WIPES - FEMININE PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND-- **INCLUDING PADS, TAMPONS OR APPLICATORS** - Q-TIPS OR COTTON BALLS - DIAPERS, PULL-UPS, ETC - GREASE/OIL OR ANY FOOD SOLIDS - And additionally no HOPES or DREAMS ❤️‍🩹 Additional things to note-- The road to the home turns to gravel, and can be susceptible to occasional wear And wash out from heavy rain. If you encounter this, please bear with us, as we do everything in our power to make the road as comfortable as possible. Also, the driveway *at the home* is quite steep. We are on a hill as depicted in our photos, which gives us these beautiful lake views. Please be sure to engage your emergency break when parking in the driveway.
